Semen progression

I just did an IUI today with one vial from one of your donors. My question is about the count of the vial after thawing.
The progression is 1+/-2
and total live cells was 15.17x106/0.5cc, is this normal range from your donors?
I thought normal progression will be nything above 3, isn't 1+/-2 too weak?
