Release of vials

Can vials only be released to doctors offices? What if we wanted to do a home insemination?

    Your medical professional needs to complete an A1 form before you can ship out vials. He/she will indicate on the form if you are able to ship vials to your home or only to the clinic.

    Please note that our vial shipments do not include any medical supplies needed to do an at home insemination. You can consult with your medical professional about obtaining these supplies.
