Ordering and Shipping

I am trying to figure out when to place my vial order. I am anticipating to ovulate around the 14th of September. I heard it takes 3-4 days to ship and the sperm are good for about 7 days. So I was thinking of ordering on the 8th, then they would arrive b by the 11th and be good till the 16th. Is this about right? Any suggestions?

    Hi Lau -

    You can actually place the order anywhere from 30 days to 1 business day before you would like the vials to ship out.

    Generally speaking, FedEx Economy shipments take 2 business days and FedEx Priority shipments take 1 business day. (Since delivery options may vary by the shipping destination, you can contact Client Services for more details.)

    If you would like the specimen to arrive on Tues 9/11, the last day to schedule an Economy shipment is Thurs 9/6 (ship date 9/7), and the last day to schedule a Priority shipment is Sat 9/8 (ship date 9/10).

    The specimen is guaranteed for 7 days from the ship date. So, if it ships out on Mon 9/10, we suggest to use it no later than Mon 9/17.
