Difficulty With Sibling Registry

Hi,

I'm having trouble accessing the sibling registry. I believe I have correctly registered but have not received a confirmation email. When I enter my email address for the log in and password reminder I do not receive the email that the page states was sent. I have checked the "spam" folder and still nothing. I just gave birth to my son and would really like to sign up to see if there are other children from the same donor.
