leaning towards donor 13655.

Our original donor has ran out of vials and now we are starting to prepare for round 3 of iui in just a couple weeks. 13655 has pregnancies but my concern is his shellfish allergy. Would anyone use a donor knowing they had an allergy? I don't have allergies and people in his family and mine do not so I would like to think our chances would be minimal in our child having allergies. Baby dust to you all.

Since you are asking an honest opinion I wouldn't be comfortable with it. There is a donor I didn't choose because he had pollen allergies. My best friend suffered with it terribly growing up. It's a tough call but I'd be concerned because I know that shellfish could be quite serious.

In my opinion I don’t care if he has a shellfish allergy.
