My wife and I got pregnant on the first try with donor 11443 and we are now 23 weeks! It's a girl!!! If anyone has a baby pic of this donor they would be willing to share, please send it to drink_with_grink@yahoo.com! Good luck to everyone out there trying!!

    Congratulations on your pregnancy. My partner and I are also pregnant with Donor 11443. We will be 23 weeks pregnant this sat. we are having a baby girl too. her due date is may 20th. How funny. We got pregnant the same time. You posted your pregnancy on my birthday 1/15....

    Good luck KarenR. You will be successful with this donor. I had no luck with a previous donor and this one worked. My reproductive immunologist said that his frozen samples were as good as a live one each time. His quantity and motility are excellent after thawing. I got it on the second invitro this time around trying. I even have vials stored for my next child. Let us know when you succeed...

    Stay positive Karen R. It took me 3 years to become pregnant. 9 iuis and 3 invitros later I am. the trick is to never give up hope. Don't get discouraged if the first ivf doesnt work. it usually takes the dr a little time to get the protocol right. he actually finally figured out my protocol from my failed iuis because I was using follistim for the last 3 and he realized that I didnt need so much meds to make good quality eggs. He was looking for quality, not quantity. I have only made 6 eggs each invitro but the last two times all my eggs were grade one which is the best. everyone is different and my first invitro back in Sept.2008 failed. i never even got to a transfer. i lost all the embryos the morning of day 5 of the transfer. i quit for awhile because I was so shaken by the fact it didn't work. i went back to iuis but i always knew that i would have to try invitro again which i did in june 2010. my doctor was amazing. he completely changed my protocol, gave me a lot less meds, and tried a 3 day transfer on the second invitro and i finally got pregnant on a 2 day transfer the 3rd invitro. for some women, the embryos do much better on a earlier transfer. make sure you ask your doctor if he does 2,3, and 5 day transfers. if he does, he will look at the embryos each day and make a decision when to do the transfer. all my best to you. when are you doing invitro?

    Hi Latham 22,
    How old are your friends twin boys? Does your friend know how many pregnancies this donor has had? They thought I was carrying twins or triplets initially because my hcg numbers and progresterone levels were so high. Your friend was lucky. She got instant family. But there was only one which is fine with me. I will try for another baby with this same donor sometime next year.

    Hi Ladies,

    My partner and I have been trying for several years to get pregnant and have been unsuccessful so far. I am currently recovering from a procedure to vaporize the Stage 2 endometriosis that I had. My doctor feels that this may have been a contributing factor to my infertility. I also feel that our current donor's motility level is another factor, so we have decided to change donors. After searching, I think we have decided on donor 11443. He seems to have great counts and many successful pregnancies, as displayed here :)

    Pregnant!!! 7 weeks and 2 days... Got pregnant on the 3rd try... We are very excited!... If anyone has any information on other success stories on donor 11443 we would love to hear about them! Good Luck to all trying! :)
