Donor 13026

We are switching donors because we had an unsuccessful IUI attempt. Can you provide any additional info on donor 13026? Twins in family? How many reported pregnancies to date? When did he become available? What is his sperm count and motility?

Thank you,
Karen and Kelli

  • Hi K&K -

I'm sorry that your IUI was unsuccessful. Please keep in mind that for the average healthy woman, it takes about 3-4 IUI attempts to become pregnant.

Donor 13026 has been available for almost a year and has 5 or more reported pregnancies. He indicated on his profile that does have twins or triplets in his family.

Our IUI premium vials are guaranteed to have at least 10 million motile sperm post-thaw. We are unable to provide details on specific donors' vials.

  • Thank you for the information. We are changing donors because our first donor is sold out (13294) with an unknown as to whether he will become available. Moving forward is all we can do :)

    Thanks again,

  • Hi K&K -

No worries, I just wanted you to be aware that it usually does take a few tries and to try not to get too discouraged. :)

We may get additional vials for Donor 13294 in early March. Please feel free to call Client Services if you would like to be added to his notification list so that you receive an email before his vials become available.

In the meantime, good luck with your search. Perhaps you'll find a donor that you like even more and you'll be pregnant in March!

  • Thanks for the information. I think we are just excited to get pregnant that waiting seems endless for donor 13294 at this point. But I do understand there is a process to it all. He has a great profile and is cute to boot! Any future vials that may become available for him would be great. I do know when we are successfully pregnant if its a single birth we will more children in the future. He may be an option once again.
