Low Motility?

I ordered vials and the post-thaw count in each vial is 10 million with only 35% motility. This seems really low and I am concerned because we ordered 10 vials. I am not sure what is normal for post-thaw numbers? Should I choose another donor? Also, my doctors office washes the sperm another time before doing the IUI. I understand that this can lose another 50%.

If you are ordering IUI vials, your doctor should not wash them again or you will lose sperm.
Those numbers as stated are very low. You should have your physician fill out the Outcome of Insemination report and send it in. You can contact Melonee at mevans@cryobank.com for help in processing any credit you may be eligible for.
Those numbers are not necessarily indicative of the other vials you purchased since they were collected and processed on various days. However, if you would prefer to exchange them for a different donor Melonee can help you with that as well.
