current shipping costs?

What is the current price for 2 day shipping, I thought it was $170 but my clinic charged me $205 for shipping, which I believe is the priority overnight charge, but they said that is what you charge them for 2 day shipping. Am confused. let me know thanks Nicole

You are correct. Ask to see the shipping invoice. They may have ordered overnight without realizing it or made a bookkeeping error.

You can also call our Client Services Department at 866-927-9622 and have them look up the shipment for you (as long as your name is on the order).

In the future you can place the order yourself to avoid this problem if you prefer (although I certainly hope this isn't necessary!).
