Hi everyone,
Embarking on my first IUI cycle (unmedicated) this month. 13500 has been my front runner. Anyone use this donor and have success? He has reported pregnancies but no reported births yet and has been in the program over two years. I am wondering if the pregnancies are maybe new?
Any information would be appreciated!

I've had two IUIs with Donor 13500 with no luck. I'm going for the third try with this donor on 9/8/14.
Good luck! I'll let you know how it goes in a few weeks!
We are on similar timing as I went 9/12 for my second with this donor. Just found out yesterday that try number 2 was also unsuccessful. I am anxious to hear how you made out. I am on unmedicated and unmonitored cycles at this point and am frustrated with not knowing the best timing after a positive opk and never knowing if I'm missing the boat entirely.
Sorry to hear you were unsuccessful. Have you tried again? My first two IUIs were with 13126, then we switched to 13500. I just did my 5th one with this donor this morning. My Dr says the samples are really good with 13500 so I figured I'd stick with it. I've been highly monitored each time and kicking up the drugs each time as well. I've been taking Chlomid days 3-7, and Follistim days 7-12, then a trigger shot when ready and IUI 36hrs later. The last three cycles I've had 3-4 eggs but still no luck.
Have you started monitoring your cycles? I can't imagine trying this without monitoring because I had very irregular cycles and apparently wasn't ovulating each cycle. Don't give up, it'll happen for you!
Just had my third IUI Thursday 11/6 with 13500. I just this cycle started blood monitoring. Still no meds. If this try is unsuccessful then I will meet with my fertility doc to discuss next options but I'm thinking they will want to try a few blood monitored cycles first. It is good to hear that he has good counts, as my office doesn't analyze the count for donor samples. So I wasn't sure how they were. You are a few days ahead of me, so keep me posted! I am really hoping that this works for both of us soon!!
Congratulations!! After three failed attempts with this donor my fertility doc recommended I switch as maybe he and I weren't "compatible". First round with my second donor (4th IUI) and I am six and a half weeks pregnant! Was this your first try with this donor?
Best wishes to you for a smooth pregnancy!!
AlwaysAuntie, congrats on your success as well! Which donor did you switch to? I'm so glad to hear positive news for once:) Good luck to you both. I'll keep you updated!
