On my saved donors list, donor 11651 is listed as unavailable. Yet, when I view his profile, it says 23 vials are available for purchase.

Can you explain the contradiction, and let me know if 11651 is indeed available?

    Yes, 11651 is available. I apologize for the confussion. We have discovered a glitch in our website that prevents the "saved donors lists" from updating with the rest of the site. The inventory information on the donor profile is correct. We are working on the issue and hope to have it resolved ASAP.
