My wife and I have been ttc for over 6 months now. We've tried home inseminations and were unsuccessful before we tried the only fertility clinic in the state of Arkansas. They have given us the run around for quite some time. We haven't spoke with our APN in over a month and her nurse has cancelled our last three appointments. We are basically done with all of their games. Does anyone know of any good physicians in TN,TX,OK or MS who are lesbian friendly?

I am at Vanderbilt and love it. Vanderbilt has a pretty strict policy about same sex orientation and even offer same sex partner benefits. Therefore, there has never been so much as a cross look at us. If you need details let me know. Lindsey

My partner and I live in Oklahoma on the border of Ok and Ar, so we are familiar with the "closed minded" atmosphere that you come across in Oklahoma/Arkansas.
Before moving back here, we lived in the DFW Metroplex. There is a fantastic Dr. there that has no issues with same sex couples at all and is very encouraging and is a fantastic Dr. His name is Dr. Jon Ricks and has a clinic in Frisco, Tx.
Feel free to contact me at shawnda.etgen@gmail.com if you have any questions in regards to him. This is who we will be going through in order for us to get pregnant and he comes highly recommended by anyone who has used him before.
Best of luck to ya!
My partner and I live in MISSISSIPPI, but of course we are surrounded by close-minded and judgemental clinics and doctors. We called nearly 20 different doctors before we called ONE in Memphis, TN. They are absolutely wonderful! The name of it CHOICES. The mid-wife/ clinical nurse practitioner (Nikole Gettings) has had years of experience specializing in SAME SEX couples who are TTC. She will make you feel more than comfortable. My partner and I are tremendously satisfied with her and the whole staff! Good luck to you!
