My wife and I are hoping to start trying in November. I went to the Dr. a couple of weeks ago and found out that I have PCOS. I have what they call a "ring of pearls" around each ovary. Does anyone else have this issue? What steps did your Dr. take in order to help you get pregnant? Have you been successful at getting pregnant and how many rounds did you have to do? My Dr. has plans on putting me on progesterone and then femara. He said he will do ultrasounds to make sure everything looks good before he proceeds with the IUI.
