hcg shots and bfp

okay..was just wondering if you have taken the hcg booster shots during your 2ww how long did it take for it to get out of your system? i did 3,300U so it should be out of my system by now..1,000 per day..but still got a bfp..assuming it's a positive negative and hcg is still in my system from it.

the second test was lighter not as dark as the one i took couple days ago..but it still had a visible blue line.

anyone with this experience?

    I had an HCG shot before my IUI in August. I could not wait the 2 wks to take a HPG and got a BFP. I later had a BFN and retested a week or two later because I had pregnancy symptoms and got a BFP. I would say it took a little over 2 wks for the HCG to get out of my system and allow time for my pregnancy to give off enough hormones for true BFP.HCG shot 8-27-10, IUI 8-29-10, true BFP 9-15-10. I subsequently lost the baby, so on to the next try. Hope my timeline helped and good luck.
