13403 questions

I recently had an unsuccessful IUI attempt with donor 13403, after a disappointing count. I am trying to decide if I should change donors. So, I have a couple of questions.
First, will ICI vials become available soon for this donor?
Next, is it recommended to use 2 vials with one insemination to up the sperm count?
Third, if I order another vial, is it possible to request that it be from a different donation date than my last one?
Finally, how many reported pregnancies has this donor had?
Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear about the results of your recent IUI. Please keep in mind that on average, it takes 3-4 IUIs to achieve pregnancy.
All of our donors go through an extensive screening process which eliminates 99% of applicants. In addition, every donation that CCB donors produce is evaluated to ensure that it meets our high quality standards. Substandard vials are a rare occurrence, and we ask that you please have your physician/lab complete the specimen report form so that we can further review this particular vial.
Donor 13403 has 5 or more reported pregnancies. He completed our donor program and will not have any additional vials released. If you'd like to be notified in the event that we receive an ICI vial from a buyback, you can contact Client Services and ask to be added to the notification list for ICI vials.
We do not suggest re-washing IUI vials, so if your clinic insists on washing the specimen, you may want to choose a donor that has ICI vials readily available. One vial should be sufficient for one IUI, but you should check with your physician to see what he/she prefers.
Once we receive your specimen report form, please feel free to speak with our Client Relations Manager, Melonee x1240, and she should be able to answer questions regarding donation dates.

Thanks so much for this information. Do you know where I can find the specimen report form? I spoke with my clinic today, and they are happy to fill it out once I get it to them.
