How far in-advance can you order vials without picking up or having them shipped?

Also, are you charged for the vials when you order or when they're shipping / you pick up?

Hi J-

You can order vials 30 days in advance. You would pay for the vials at the time you place your order. You would pay the shipping/pick-up fee when you call back to schedule the ship date/pick-up date.

If your insemination is more than 30 days ahead of time, we also have a 3-month storage option. Also, if you have any questions about our cancellation policy or our buy back program, please feel free to contact Client Services and they can explain all of the details.
