Donor 13844 extra vials?

Hi everyone!

My partner and I really connect with donor 13844 but they only have 2 vials available. Does anyone out there have extra vials that they are not intending on using that may be available for purchase? Or, do you have any advise as to how we could find out if anyone may have extra that they are not planning on using?
We are new and and advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi LAmoms! My wife and I had originally chosen 13844 and we LOVED him. We bought 5 vials with the intention of buying 5 more the next month to have enough for two children. We did one IUI (unsuccessful) and then he ran out of vials. We were super disappointed but we made the decision to pick a new donor (we traded in the 13844 vials) and honestly I like this new guy just as much, if not more. I wish you the best of luck with finding vials for 13844 but there are a lot of good options should you need to find a new donor.

    Thanks so much for the response, bigsoccerfan! We are searching for other donors, and yes, there seem to be MANY great ones to choose from. The whole process is a giant roller coaster of emotions and it's great to have some online support :)

    Hi LAmoms, yeah it's a super emotional process. We were kind of lost when we started this journey and picking a donor was so weird. We're five IUIs in now and feel like pros at this point! Our guy is 13988, hoping we have some luck sometime soon here. This board is a great place for info, I don't post often but I read it every day. Again, best of luck to you and your partner!
