Can I find out sperm count?

    Our IUI vials contain at least 10 million motile sperm after thawing and our ICI vials contain at least 15 million motile sperm after thawing.

    DO you guarantee motility after thawing? If the sperm is not motile, is there a refund or credit?

    Our vial standards refer to the total motile sperm after thawing. (Non-motile sperm would not be counted in this calculation.) On the rare occasion that a clinic would encounter a sub-standard specimen, we ask that they complete a specimen report form so that we can review it and determine if a credit will be issued.
