Availability of a donor/donors

Hello...

I found a donor that I like but realized later that he says he isn't available. Why would he even show up under my search? It's frustrating when you go through all of the work and narrow it down then realize he isn't available...... How can I find out if he will be available soon or if he is not going to be?

    Hi Brie -

    When you do a Donor Search, it will only show results for donors that have vials available at that point in time. The vial availability is displayed on the Donor Profile Page.

    Vials can sell out quickly, so if the donor has a limited amount, you should contact Client Services to discuss options for securing the vials.

    If you provide me with the donor number, I can check and see if any additional vials will become available.

    oh thank you!!! He does come up. But his status says not available so it's confusing. I did a search based on the qualites I like... He was one of the many and I looked him over, his childhood picture and everything... and then later realized it said not available on his page.. =(

    His number is 12164

    Can you please double check the number? I just looked, but we don't have a donor with the number 12164.

    Donor 12614 recently sold out of vials. It's possible that vials were available when you originally did your search, but then sold out by the time you checked back. The system updates vial quality immediately, but if you have a saved search or haven't deleted your cookies/cleared your cache, you might be viewing search results from a previous point in time and not what is current.

    Unfortunately, this donor is retired from our program and we don't have anymore vials in quarantine to release. We have many great donors that have vials available. Please feel free to email me (nicole@cryobank.com) if you need help with your search.

    Thank you again for searching, he came up though and it said not available literaly the same day within an hour. bummer. He is perfect for our needs as both me and my partner want to use him to have our kids related. Thanks for the info though. =)

    I am in a pickle here my husband is tall handsome blue green eyes blonde hair musclar a fix between chris helmsworth and tom welling can you recommend a donor i just dont want to get my choice wrong i looked at 13223 still confused
