How do I locate my account number?

Hi-

I am trying to report my pregnancy, and it is asking me for an account number. Where would I find this? I looked in my account profile, and it was not there. Thanks!

    Great news Masako. Thank you for sharing and reporting your pregnancy. As you know, it is important to keep us updated so we can notify you in the future of any new medical information we may learn about your donor. It is also really nice to read about other's success. :-)

    Same to you ajj if you are trying to report your pregnancy!!

    For security purposes, your client number is not available online. Please call our Client Services Department at 866-927-9622 and they will be happy to retrieve your account number for you.
