in Single Mothers by Choice
I'm 34 and wanting to do iui..does anyone have any ideas on how to keep costs down..my insurance doesn't cover fertility ..I am still interested but would like to keep costs at a minimum if possible..

    This isn't the ideal situation, but my regular OB does just IUI's. No monitoring, nothing. He charges about $350 per IUI. Again, this does not include any monitoring. So you would have just the specimen sample, and the IUI. so it would cost about $1500 per cycle. (Depending on specimen type, shipping, and what your dr. charges.).

    I am new and thinking about it. My insurance does not cover fertility as well
    Has anyone ever just done the inseminating at home?
