Hello!
Does anyone out there have any spare vials from Donor 13844? My partner and I really connect with him and would truly appreciate purchasing from someone that no longer needs his spare vials.
Thank you for letting us know!

At the moment, this donor has a couple IUI vials available. Please contact Client Services at 866-927-9622 as soon as possible to purchase these vials.

If there are vials in storage indefinitely we would like to know if we can possibly purchase those?
Thanks again!
Ah, I understand now. This is a difficult situation. We have a buyback program and we do receive vials back, but it is usually done piecemeal. There are vials that clients purchased for personal storage, but this donor was only released in July 2014 and most clients store vials for a year or more. They store vials for future inseminations and/or siblings and usually don't sell vials back to us until their family building is complete.
We have a notification list that you can sign up for by calling Client Services, but the vials usually come in one or two at a time and it can happen over the span of months and years. There may be other clients on the list as well, waiting for buyback vials. We can't guarantee that you would ever be able to purchase enough vials for 2 or more children.
Unfortunately, if you want to have 2 or more children with the same donor, your best option would be to choose a different donor that has at least 10-15 vials available. You would get 3 years of free storage as part of our Family Tomorrow program.
I'm not sure when you plan to start your inseminations, but we also offer a Vial Exchange Program. It would involve more logistics and fees, but you could purchase these 2 vials, purchase storage, and then wait to see if additional vials become available. If they don't by the time you need to start your inseminations, you can do an exchange ($150) and switch your vials of Donor 13844 for a different donor.

This recommendation is based on the assumption that you are doing IUI cycles. If you plan to do IVF, 2 vials may be enough for 2 successful pregnancies, but you should double check with your physician.
