Help!!

I just logged into my account and it says I am logged in as someone I am not. It has a completely different name under my account yet all of my vials, purchased profile information etc. is indeed mine. This is very disturbing because it means if someone calls CCB and gives their name they will have access to my account. I have never run into this problem before, it has always had my name associated with the account in the past and now it says "Cynthia Lxxxx" Does that mean my first and last name is associated with someone else's account? This is disturbing because I assumed that our names would be confidential to everyone outside of CCB. I do not like the fact that I have someone else's full name or the thought someone might have mine.

    I am sorry for the confussion. It sounds like a very unusual situation. Please contact Carmen in our Client Services Department at 866-927-9622. She will take your account information and make sure everything is straightened out ASAP.
