Hi,

Can you let me know why the genetic information for this donor is locked? I am required to buy an additional subscription. I thought this information is free at the basic level?

In addition, can you let me know how many children has been reported for this donor?

Is he available for additional vials? Is there any on sites that I can purchase?

    Hi SMC -

    The Genetic Test Summary is a relatively new item that we started offering to clients a few months ago. This is a free item and you are not required to buy a subscription.

    Since this is a new item, sold out donors that aren't on our donor catalog might not have the Genetic Test Summary readily available on our website, but you can request this free item by calling our Genetics Dept. at 877-743-6384.

    We can share if a donor has more or less than 5 reported pregnancies and if we've received birth reports. Donor 13941 has 5 or more reported pregnancies. He does have reported births.

    Unfortunately, this donor completed our program and no additional vials will be released. If you have a pregnancy or a child from this donor, you can call Client Services and ask to be added to the notification list so we can email you if any vials in storage get sold back to us. If you are just starting the process, it's better to choose a new donor as clients can wait on this list for months or years without any vials becoming available.
