If every donor has the ability to contribute to a pregnancy, then why do some cost more than others? Maybe I'm missing something.

All donors cost the same. Different vial preparations (IUI vs. ICI vs. ART) cost different amounts. Some donors may not have certain vial types available.
IUI = Specimen washed prior to freeze. Ready for physician insemination without additional wash.
ICI = Specimen not washed. For use in at-home insemination. Can also be washed and used by physician for IUI insemination.
ART = For use in IVF only.
