I'm currently pregnant with donor 12537. I just looked at his profile and noticed that his skin tone has changed from Olive to Fair. I read that the change was made due to his ethnic origin, but does that mean that he does NOT have an olive skin tone? Also, it says 5'10" on his typed profile, but he wrote 5'9" on the handwritten profile (just wanted to let you know about the mistake). Thanks!

    Exciting! We noticed the same two things. His skin tone was changed to fair as it relates to his ethnic origin. Sean Bay from CCB was helpful in answering questions about his looks too. I am 8 weeks pregnant with 12537 too. Twins! Hope all goes well. AK

    Hi All -

    The donors begin filling out their profile prior to coming in to meet with us. We actually measure and weigh the donors, so sometimes there can be a slight difference between the profile and the official typed record.

    The change in skin tone does not mean he no longer has olive skin. We have simply started judging skin tone differently to be more accurate. Relative to individuals sharing his ethnic origin, he is fair.
