Rheumatoid arthritis and baby process; anyone else with this issue??

So, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis last year. It is very painful. I decided that I wanted to try the natural way, (not taking Meds ) because i knew i wanted to get pregnant soon,so I became a vegetarian. Well it worked very well for like 8 months. Then dec came around and it started getting cooler ( I live in florida, so you can imagine 65 is cold for us) I started back with the pain. Swelling etc. had an appt with my dr in feb and still refused to take Meds.Regardless I tried to the first insemenation jan 21 and 22.. didnt take. :0( I decided then to make and appt with an acupunturist.. So my rhuemegologist tried to convince me one more time for Meds and paleo diet.. The dr said he can ween me off of them, as long as I'm strict with my paleo diet.. I did all the test etc to take Meds but worked out that acupuncture and paleo diet helped immensely! So now back to wanting to try getting pregos again in a few months. I heard that once I get pregnant it helps the arthritis. Wondering if anyone else has gone through something like this... Or any other advice would be great!
