I wanted to ask you some questions about the guided imagery program you bought from Circle Bloom. If you get this post, can you let me know?

Hi Kjett,
Ask away! I downloaded it from a link from circlebloom.com. I ordered the IUI/IVF program. It has 18 different 15minute imagery sessions, each one used on two specific days (ie: Cd's 1&2, 3&4,... insemination, ...twenty&twentyone and so on)
In some of them she has you imagine your ovaries repsonding to medication, growing follicles, your uterus being receptive. It is very relaxing. And certainly helps me feel that I'm doing something through all of this than just waiting. My acupuncturist recommended Zita West imagery, so I ordered that from England, it came with three tracks pre, insemination and 2ww, but I just don't like it as much.
My only problem with ciclebloom is I have gotten too comfortable with it that I have a hard time focusing on it and doze off.
