I have purchased some vials from a donor and am possibly looking to change donors. Is it possible to exchange the vials?

    Hi My -

    It's possible to do a Vial Exchange if the vials have been stored at CCB the entire time. Once vials are shipped to a home, physician's office, or picked up, they are no longer eligible for a Vial Exchange.
