Hello, this information used to be on your website but I can't seem to find it now.

Do you receive the Donor Keepsake Packet when you report a pregnancy or a birth?

    If you purchased a subscription, we will automatically mail you a Donor Keepsake Packet when you report a pregnancy. If you move, please be sure to update your home address. You can do that by logging in and going to My Account or by calling Client Services.

    It's important to also report births to us so we can update our records. You can use the same online form for both pregnancies and births: https://cryobank.com/Services/Post-Conception-Services/Report-Pregnancy/
