1.Lift the inner canister by the handle and carefully remove the cane from the canister. Do not expose vial(s) to the room temperature for more than 6 seconds.
What does this mean? Some people are saying they hold the vial until it thaws. I'm so confused ;(

If the vial is being transfered to another storage tank at your physician's office, you do not want to expose it to room temperature because it will begining to thaw and then refreeze. This can damage the sperm.
If you are attempting an at-home insemination, follow the enclosed thawing instructions.
