My RE--who I raved about on a separate thread here titled "Bay Area RE Recommendation--let me look at my donor's sperm through her microscope and I could see the little swimmers really doing their thing!
It was neat because the whole process feels so mechanical and disconnected at times, and you wonder sometimes whether the vials are any good. I had asked her about it and she confirmed that the count was excellent and then she let me look for myself.
So now I keep picturing those little guys and my egg (hopefully) uniting! Will know in two weeks...
