12847 extended donor profile

I purchased level II and have been reviewing profiles. I like 12847 but his extended profile will not load...i thought maybe it was something on my computer but it will not load on any computer i have used. Insight?

    Hi G -

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Some users are having problems with certain Extended Profiles that were created in a new Flash program we are using.

    We will recreate the Extended Profile using the old software and upload for you by tomorrow. Please let me know if you encounter any other similar difficulties.

    Our IT department is working out the issue so (hopefully) it should not continue to be a problem for much longer.
