Donor’s education background

Hi! I am trying to find a donor who’s currently a student or graduated from one of the top national universities. Will I able to find that information in the Extended Donor Profile? My other question is does your facility verify donor’s GPA? Or keep a copy of his transcript?
Thank you!
Thank you!

In my opinion, having gone to a top (let's just say ivy league/MIT/Stanford etc) school can be misleading. There are lots of people who manage to squeeze into those school because they are legacies, have parents who donated a lot of money, are athletes, etc.
I was satisfied enough with SAT/GRE scores, Essays, and GPA. I was suprised at just how much I felt I could tell about someone's intelligence by his essay.
So, as to my donor - I don't know where he went to school. But he scored perfect math on SATs and GREs, had a 3.99 in undergrad and a 3.71 in grad school, and has a PHD. Furthermore, he sounded intelligent and articulate in his essays and audio. With all that, I don't really care if he went to MIT or if he went to state school. Lots of really smart people go to state school, and there are so many people in the top schools who have no business being there. I went to top schools and saw people cheat their way through, or legacies getting "gentleman's c's" etc. These schools are so overrated. I honestly think SAT score will tell you more than the specific university.
