I have noticed a lot of pot smokers as donors. Why are they allowed, and does it effect my baby if I chose one?

    Hi Karona -

    Good question. The majority of our donors are college students and many college students experiment with pot. It is obviously not something we recommend to our donors, but as long as their sperm quantity/quality remains excellent (it is tested with every donation), there is no reason to believe it can effect your baby.

    Whew.. I did my donor backwards. I bought the sperm, and then bought the long profile. That was when I saw the pot. I dont know why I did that. Thanks Scott, I feel better
