Counts Question

I had my first IUI nearly two weeks ago. I just had the paperwork faxed to me showing the counts that came from CCB. I am a bit confused because to the best of my knowledge it was not counted again before my IUI. Anyhow, the invoice says, Ct per ML is 60, Motility 52%, and Total Motile 3.0. Can you explain what these numbers mean?

Avg. Co. = Average Count per (how many million sperm there are per ml)
Avg. Mo = Average motility (% of how many sperm are swimming) - Anything close to 50% is great.
Total Motile or Progression = the rate at which the sperm swim (scale of 1-4 with 4 being the best)
Good luck!
