I would like to know if there are any reported births with this donor or any other updated information for this donor (if there has been many vials purchased, number of pregnancies, etc).
Also, I would like to try to do an ICI at home and would like your opinion if it is best do use ICI vials, IUI vials, or a combination of both. Which type of vial will give me the "best" chance of conceiving in your opinion. Also, how many of the recommended vials do you recommend being purchased for each attempt?

Donor 14197 currently has 5 or more reported pregnancies. He was added to our catalog a little over a year ago, so it's a bit soon for reported births.
For an ICI at home, we recommend using ICI vials. These vials are unwashed and include seminal fluid which helps the sperm travel to the uterus. Timing is one of the most important factors in conception. Some women choose to inseminate twice within a 48-hour period to try to maximize their chances of inseminating at the best time. If you decide to do two inseminations per cycle, you will need to purchase two vials for each cycle.
Vial costs for home inseminations can add up quickly and we recommend seeing a physician first to make sure everything is ok to proceed. If you are 35 or older or have irregular cycles, your physician may recommend a different type of insemination that will give you the best chance of conceiving.
