PCOS, when am I ovulating???

I'm 39 with PCOS, so I've never had a regular cycle. I feel like the hardest part for me is going to be figuring out my cycle and when I'm ovulating since I normally have to stimulate a period every 3 months. With how expensive each try at IUI is going to be, I'd like to figure it out so hopefully it works sooner rather than later. Any tips are welcome!

    I'm 36 and also have PCOS. Thankfully though, it's not as extreme as others. Are you using ovulation predictor kits? Are you using Clomid to help you ovulate? My doctor has be using the predictor kits starting 3 days after I take my last Clomid pill. Also, I use an app on my phone called Ovia. It helps to keep track of what exactly your body is doing every day.
