Hi there,
My daughter was born in 1999. In 2000 her parents died and my husband and I adopted her. Going through her parents things, I found a folder with donor 5155's profile. I assumed this is probably the donor that was used, although I can't be sure - but then why would her parents have saved this info? There are several characteristics of this donor that are like my daughter, although my daughter seems to have strong genetic traits from her bio mother, whom I knew very well. I also came to know her parents had frozen sperm vials stored at a local clinic, so I know my daughter was conceived with a donor. Anyway, with her parents, including her bio mom, both gone, I feel it would be great to possibly connect (or at least share pictures with) a sibling or the donor. My daughter does have adopted siblings and we have always raised her as our own, but I can sometimes feel she wishes she had a genetic connection like the rest of my kids do.
