Hi baby67890 -

All our donors have had unsuccessful insemination attempts. Your chances of getting pregnant on any given insemination (depending on age, health, type of insemination, etc.) range from 3-20%.

All our donors are highly-screened and fully capable of a successful pregnancy, but like all pregnancy attempts it often just takes time.

In other words, very few people get pregnant in only one try. That goes for natural conception as well.
