Our vial guarantee is for the total motile sperm count, which is a calculation of the sperm count and the motility (percent that are progressively moving).
Here are the specifics of our vial guarantee: http://www.cryobank.com/Why-Use-Us/Specimen-Quality-Standards/
Please note that one of the most critical considerations in evaluating thawed samples is whether or not the supplied thawing instructions are followed. Any departure from the thawing instructions, including not loading the specimen onto a pre-warmed Makler counting chamber and allowing it to sit at 37 degrees for 2-5 minutes before calculation, can result in a variation. This does not necessarily indicate that the specimen is sub-standard. (It’s important to remember that sperm thrive at body temperature.)
If you're in your TWW, best of luck!
Regards,
Nicole
