Anyone else out there using this donor? I am 5 weeks pregnant and would love to connect with others who have used this same donor. :)

    My partner and I are about to order this donor. Switching from another donor whose counts were not very high and our Doctor strongly suggested we switch to a donor with proven fertility. How many tries did it take you to conceive? Did you use IUI?

    The pregnancy is going well. (Well, minus the morning sickness and nausea). :) We found out at 6 weeks that we are pregnant with twins. I am not 11 weeks 3 days and we are hoping to find out the sex at 15-16 weeks. We are so excited! We first tried with my partner (twice) but realized she wasn't responding to the medications as well as we wanted her to, so we decided to switch to me. My first IUI we used a different donor, but then decided to switch to donor 12662. We got pregnant with him on my second IUI attempt. Our doctor did back to back IUI's. His sperm counts were pretty high, I believe 27 million on the first day and 36 million the second day.

    So...we're Tammy and Lacey. I (Tammy) will be the carrier. So far we had one round of back to back IUIs with a different donor but our doctor wasn't happy with his counts. 18 million and 7.5 million. I go in Monday Jan 23 for scans and labs and will probably trigger with ovidrel that evening. Scheduled for IUIs on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week. Other than the trigger shot I am on Clomid 50mg. I used it days 5-9. Last month I was on the same protocol and had 3 follicles. One was only 15mm but I had 2 that were over 20mm. I am 31 and my cycles are 28 days on the dot and I ovulate on my own every month but we use the trigger for timing I guess?

    What protocol were you on? Twins!? That is so exciting. We aren't "hoping" for twins but we discussed the slightly increased chances and were are fine of it happens. We definitely want two kids in the long run though, with the same donor preferably. We have 6 vials now and I plan on buying more as soon as possible.

    Hello Drowanedu,

    My pregnancy is going well. I am 30 weeks pregnant with twins... and other than the discomfort at times, the pregnancy has been pretty uneventful. :) When is your next IUI? Let me know if you have any other questions and I'd be more than happy to try and answer them.

    Yesterday was my appointment I left feeling upset. I was sheduled for IUI around JUne 20th but my FSH levels are at a 9 and I'm only 34. They said I might be heading into early menopause in the next few years. Dr said my level is equal to a 37-44 year old. I've never had any problems with my cycle. Since levels isnt perfect they ran more blood work Fragile X and Karotype and results take 4 weeks to get back so June 20th isnt going to work. I also found out that my DR is leaving the practice in the coming weeks. I would hate to miss my July plan now so I made appointment with another Dr at the practice thought I get a second opinion and make sure they recommend the same course of action. So hopefully IUI will be in July.

    My wife and I just found out we are pregnant with this donor! :) Great to hear such positive responses... he sounded like a good one! We tried four times prior with two different donors, switched to 12662 for our fifth time and got pregnant the first time with him!

    Here's hoping everything goes well for us... we are at 4 weeks right now and I wish we could fast forward time!

    Hi ladies. I am not sure if any of you will get a notification of this post, seems a while since it's been active. I was just curious if you all have healthy babies. I have chosen this donor and I guess since as weird as this process is, I should take advantage of reaching out.

    I am a single mother by choice and well, I am really hoping you can tell me all your little ones are healthy and happy and REALLY GOOD SLEEPERS!! LOL
