Single mother to be searching for low cost IUI provider in NYC area

Can anyone recommend a location and provider that works on a sliding scale, and has openings for an IUI for December that I might consult with. I'm feeling rather desperate as I may have lost the provider that had promised to do the IUI for me and I've already purchased my vials. As a single women I have very limited funds and time. Please help.

    have you tried repro lab in manhattan ? they are located on 30th street between 2nd and 1st avenue... they have the cheapest iui i have been able to find in nyc... the iui's are either 250 or 275 (i forget which) and the ultrasound if i recall is 150.. do you have insurance for the blood work ?

    you can also try new hope fertility, they have two locations in the city.

    If you're interested in unmedicated, unmonitored IUI's you could work with a nurse midwife -- there are quite a few in the NYC area who do IUIs at it's much cheaper than going to a clinic.
