Thawing question for those who have had successful pregnancies

For those who have had successful pregnancies, just wondering what method you used to thaw your vials - heat block, water bath, holding in hand at body temperature, etc. Also, would love to hear from those who did not go to an RE that had the heat block/equipment already in their office. We have been inseminating at home for the last two cycles (our OB comes to our house), but this cycle will be going to our OB's office. She doesn't have a heat block or similar equipment, so we will be doing what we did at home, which was a 98 degree water bath. Is this a safe method to use? We recently read some conflicting information online about the best ways to thaw cryo vials. Some say absolutely no water bath. Some say do not turn the vial upside down. Some say to mix by inversion. In the CCB instructions on thawing, it says to use a heat block, or water bath, or if you need to, you can do a rapid thaw in warm water (wondering how that is different from a water bath). We want to be sure we're thawing efficiently for this third try, so would really love to hear about others' experiences.
Thank you!
Thank you!

I used a water bath and I got pregnant on the first try.
