Purchased info

Everything in my "purchased info" area is gone, and it says I haven't purchased anything. I saved it all to my computer so it's no biggie, but does that stuff have a limited shelf-life in our account? Or did something go wrong?

We are in the process of testing a brand new feature for the website due to launch early next month -- top secret stuff. :-)
During our tests last night we inadvertantly caused a glich that effected the way the web accounts communicate with our server.
We have corrected the problem and are in the process of resetting everyone's purchased information. Everything should be back to normal by end of day today.
