Had my 1st IUI done on the 27th. I can take a pregnancy test on Jan. 10th!!!!!!!!
We chose donor #5827...

    I am going to be trying my first IUI as well at the end of the month. We still haven't chosen a donor either.

    hi ejh, is this the longest two weeks of your life, or what? Whatever you do, dont test on Jan. 9th. I tested a day early, got a negative, went out for sushi as my pouting began. Came home, took another test, and it was positive.... Also, dont try to make yourself urinate by drinking a lot of water, I did that for the 3rd test and got a negative. The 4th and 5th tests came back positive. What a roller coaster of emotions, dang...

    Trying again this month ... I really thought I was pregnant. The sperm count was 22.3 Million! I mean, out of ALL those, NOT ONE could make it through?!?! :p
    mzkac, I can try to send you his pic, but it wont let me download the extra info I purchased. HINT: He was one of the Donor Of The Months a few months back. Baby pic on there. CUTIE!

    hi ejh22. I had my first IUI done last month too...just one day before you. I'm also trying again this month. The sperm count for mine was really high too...39 million per ml, 70% motility...and not one of them made it :-(.

    Getting that BFN sucked, but it gives me a chance to make some positive changes in my life, like learning how to not get so stressed out, and *trying* not to be such a control freak! :-)

    Are you trying again this month? If so, here's hoping this is the month for both of us. I'm wishing you all the luck in the world...keep us posted!

    Had my 2nd IUI done on the 21st! Good sperm count, etc. I am very excited! Feb. 4th cannot get here soon enough!!!!

    I am having my first IUI today.. Once I finish my some client conference calls I will be on my way to the journey I hope brings me a little one.

    I am carrying around the donor picture and hoping that it brings me luck and good vibes.

    But one thing I do realize is, what will be, will be. I am open to both negative and positive and know that whatever outcome happens I will be ready.

    Hello everyone.. I was wondering if you all dont mind me asking what fertility doctors offices do you all go to?? Im planning on doing my first IUI at the beginning of March Im very excited. After reading everyones posts Im happy to see that Im not the only one out here getting to experience all this..

    Good luck Teially and Ejh22!! I went to my ER today for u/s, follicles not ready yet... Going back Thurs, prob will trigger Thurs night and have IUI Saturday. This is the phase I'm going to start calling the w2ww!!! (wait for the 2 week wait). A little stressed bc RE told me my estrogen and progesterone were a little low last time around, so I'm not sure how well it will go this time.

    Here's hoping Jan is a good month for all of us!!

    Hello

    I am in NY so I go to a doctor there. I had my IUI yesterday and other than being in pain all yesterday and spotting for hours, it was all fine.

    I am trying not to worry and enjoy the space. I am more hopeful I can get pregnant eventually. Happy to be able to try and have great support around me.

    My wife and I are hopeful but its not then we will try again.
