1991 Donor Registry

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place. My mother used these services about 25 years ago. I was born in December, 1991. She lost the paper pamphlet with the Donor #, and her doctor is no longer practicing. Does anyone have access to a pamphlet of donors from 1991/1990? I know many of the donor's stats and would be able to pick him out of a list - is there any resource available?
