Hey California Cryo,
I'm curious, will there ever be a option for those women who have children by a specific donor to be provided a copy of an adult picture or a mid age photo to put in our keepsake like other Cryo banks?

We do offer a Donor Keepsake Packet for clients that purchased a Level 2 or Level 3 subscription during their donor selection process. It includes any childhood photos that the donor provided which could range from infant to about 12 years old. (We don't offer adult photos.)
The childhood photos can also be purchased a la carte. Or if you are interested in purchasing a Donor Keepsake Packet, you can call Client Services at 866-927-9622.

Are we allowed to ask CCB to request an adult photo with the permission of the donor or is that not an option until the child is 18? Thanks
@cryo-admin +1 to @Chicago3's comment. Some donors have adult photos and others don't. Can we request to have adult photos added? Especially if that donor is one we purchased.
@Chicago3 & @Glida We are not taking requests for adult photos. Please keep in mind that when offspring turn 18, they can request contact, but the contact is anonymous. It doesn't necessarily mean that the donor will share photos at that time. We love seeing adult photos as an option now. Cant wait to see more with this option over time, so many donors missed out on this in the past. Hopefully if they are informed of the change they will offer it now.
