Reading all of this just made me feel so much better about my decision. I'm turing 30 this month and my ex and I started this process about a month ago. She left me the day after I got my HSG results letting us know my right tube is blocked. After getting other lab results back informing me that I have decreased ovarian reserve and running out of eggs already I knew it was now or never. No one seems to understand or be supportive of me wanting to do this on my own but I know it's the right decision for me. It does seem a little overwhelming trying to figure it all out on my own but day by day it is starting to fall into place. Having surgery December 13th to remove a fibroid that's 50% embedded in my uterus and then planning my first IUI for January as long as my Ultrasound shows I'm ovulating from the left that month.
