data access

I used to be able to access all the data on a donor. Today I went in and am unable to open extended donor profiles and some other items. My computer screen says "blocked plug in". Suggestions? I don't know if there is some setting wrong on my computer?

    I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues. The subscription items are all in flash format which requires a flash player. It sounds like it might be a security setting on your end that is blocking the flash player. It might depend on your browser (Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

    I'm not sure if you have a Mac or PC, but you might want to try using a different browser like Chrome or Firefox.

    Also, here's a link for Adobe Flash Player if you need to update your player. http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/

    If this doesn't solve the issue, I would suggest calling Client Services.

    Thank you so much! I updated my adobe flash player and it is all working again.
